Al Falaah Academy opened its doors to the community in the presence of Mufti Taqi Uthmani of Darul Uloom Karachi, Pakistan and Shaykh Fazal Raheem from Jamia Ashrafia Lahore in November 2014 and has progressed significantly. We have now reached the stage where we are providing a number of courses and have established Scotland’s first Islamic Nursery.

7 years later we have now opened our new branch in Istanbul, Turkey which serves the needs of the new and current community in Turkey. The purpose of establishing the centre of education in Turkey was to serve the growing needs for the students from the west and the wider community in terms of accessibility to Islamic education.

Alhumdulillah we are seen as a unique Islamic religious educational institution in Britain and hope to be seen as one in Istanbul.

We have around 8 nationalities studying in our madrassah and have a 14 scholars graduate from our madrassah who are now serving the Deen in countries such as Kazakhstan, Krygstan, Turkiye and Malaysia.

We have also had over 150 students complete our Arabic programme and have gone into different fields of Khidmah, We have so far produced 1 hafiz aged 13 from Kyrgyzstan.

Our teachers are from various backgrounds such as UK, America, Syria, Egypt and Turkey.
